I can't concentrate on coming up with a title with that picture of Edward staring me in the face...

So, I haven't posted anything in a while because I have recently been in the "Twilight" zone, AGAIN! 'Nuff said, right?

But, here is what we have been up to lately......

Potty training, which has its setbacks....(I didn't know it was possible to put shorts on THAT wrong!)

Laila has shown all who will observe (in a restaurant, with friends from out of town) what good manners she has....

That slightly unrecognizable clump of food stuffed into my TV is piece of a Pop Tart. Take a wild guess who that came courtesy of?

I think this is what happens when kids watch too much TV. Their minds have been turned to mush so they throw blankets over their heads and run around.

(I am proud to say that after more bribery, Nathan has graduated to the big potty, but, it is still a work in progress. At this point he is only 'home' potty trained.)

Cowboy Breakfast with Grandpa...

On Monday morning we had a breakfast date with my Dad since my Mom is out of town. I came over with the kiddos and provided the cinnamon streusel muffins, and Grandpa made us all cowboy breakfast. We saved the potato and onion part for Nathan, and then mixed in eggs and cheese for the rest of us. Eat your heart out Mom (and Melissa)! It was tasty! Too bad you missed!

Looks like sausage number six was not as tasty as five....somebody take that plate out from in front of him so he'll stop eating!

I had to add this cute little story that I forgot to post. I came out on the patio and Nathan told me he saw a bee. Grandpa said he was trying to join us for breakfast. Then Nathan said, "Yeah, he was trying to put PASTA on that flower!" After we had a laugh, we said, 'You mean pollen, right?' And Nathan said, "Yeah, PAULA...." It was co cute, but he will now correct you because he knows it is poll-EN!

After a little "hop on pop" we decided we needed something else to do to work off such a hearty breakfast. So we went to check out the Wetlands Park to see if we could find anything.

The first thing we saw at the Wetlands Park was this quail...
